RENTER INFORMATION
RULES AND REGULATIONS

CHECK OUT: Saturday 10:00am
DEPOSIT
To reserve cottage(s) we require for each week of rental, 1/2 of the total retal cost per cottage.
Remainder of the rental to be paid by cash or certified cheque upon arrival. Credit cards are not accepted.
NOTE:
Bookings will be cancelled if deposit is not received within 14 days of initial contact, unless notified by
letter/telephone or email. Renters checking out before contracted time expires will forfeit retal. A refund
of the deposit will be made, minus $50.00 bookkeeping fee (per cottage) if written notice of
cancellation is received 30 days prior to start of reservation. Rates may vary according to season.
All renters are expected to leave the cottage(s) in a clean and neat condition. All dishes, pots and pans,
plus cutlery must be washed, dried and put away in the cupboards.
Please note that the cottages are for use of registered renters only, and registered renters will be held
responsible and must pay for any damages to the cottages or propery. Only two cars will be
permitted per cottage, and we ask that renters please observe the 11:00pm quiet time by-law.
NO PETS ALLOWED
This property is privately owned and management reserves the righ to refuse service
to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injuries however caused to registerd
renters or their visitors/friends/family, or for loss of personal items of value of any kind.
